GENERAL EXPLANATORY DESCRIPTION
PRE-B-a
is a vessel intended for mixing glycol solutions in cooling and heat recovery systems.
By adjusting the delivery valve (2), and valve (4) the liquid can be pumped either in
return for mixing in the vessel or for filling the pipe construction.
The cap is divided in two parts which are joined by hinges.
The pump and garniture are located above the fixed part of the cap. This arrangement greatly
facilitates handling of the equipment.
If the vessel is connected by means of a flexible hose (optional), it is possible to detach the
hose and use it also for emptying the vessel.
Parts included in one PRE-B-a kit:
1 Tank in polyethylene equipped with a split cap.
1 Volume scale.
1 Pump WILO KS 801PA, lx230V/3.8A, IP44, max. temp
35°C, fuse 10A, 30 l/min at 350 kPa. If higher capacity
is required, the system pressure must be specified
at time of order.
1 Garniture of fittings incl. valves 2, 3, 4, 5
2 = Delivery valve.
3 = Nonreturn valve.
4 = Delivery valve.
5 = Ball valve DN20 for draining the system and emptying the tank.
